BLUE
MENAGERIE

The
Name?
Comes from the Tennessee Williams play The Glass
Menagerie, as it was the literature that inspired me to write.

Early songs are mostly about my feelings and relationships, but
recently its been more about celebrating the beautiful world in
which we live.
What makes a good song?
These days something original makes me stop and listen again.

have many favourites.

To keep recording albums and and one day do a tour. To touch a lot
of lives and see that Earth isn't such a bad place after all.

and why?
Malta, its home.
Finish the sentence: "I'll never forget
the first time I...."
...travelled.
Why did you sign up to Sound Aid?
It showed me that Music can really make a difference and change
lives.
What other Sound Aid artists do you listen
to?
Jeff McIntyre, HELLBus, Chainsaw Weasel, Blackbirds, Brucie, Country
Rose, Jeffro Bodeen, Steve Sledge, Woodstock Taylor, 180 Out, Sponge,
Vivandy, Irena Makarchuck, man I listen to them all every day believe
me! Check them all out! Too many to name here!
What do you think are the best ways to
cure world hunger?
This has to be one of the most difficult questions we face on earth
(that and global warming and control over weapons). I think it starts
with a mentality. You do not choose where you are born. There is
enough food in the world to go around if distributed properly. Some
countries are in climates, which are less developed, disease stricken,
and are in times where they need more help from others. I think
we can all do a lot more giving. We are living in times where consumerism,
materialism and having more is considered the best way to live.
I think that if everyone lived their lives with more moralistic,
consideration for others and more "Earth"
values we will see that less can also be more.
